It is very easy to set up and it provides you with immediate results. Nevertheless, I would recommend that:

1. Don't put it in places where it is going to distract the reader from your content which is more important.

2. Make sure your competitors are not on your site. You can do that by excluding their advertisements.

3. Make sure the colors that you choose blend nicely with your site.

4. Keep tracking and measuring it constantly.
